We design and manufacture switchboards and control cabinets to order. Depending on the client's needs and requirements, control cabinets vary in size, enclosure, and equipment:
- control cabinets in powder-coated steel or stainless steel enclosures
- small control cabinets for a single device
- large control cabinets and electrical switchboards (e.g. 170 x 250 cm)
- cabinets with an HMI panel for controlling processes and technological lines in the factory
- cabinets equipped with platforms and stainless steel canopies, enabling safe operation and easy operator access
Power On Automation control cabinets are manufactured in accordance with safety and quality standards, including EN 61439-1, EN 60204-1, EN ISO 13849-1, which ensures electrical and functional safety.
We provide a full range of work from device selection and electrical design to HMI visualization and commissioning in the factory:
- cabinet design and selection of equipment for the control cabinet (Delta, SEW, Yaskawa and other drives, PLC controllers, e.g. Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Omron, Beckhoff, and others)
- preparation of the electrical diagram (Eplan)
- cabinet prefabrication and component assembly
